Fitness, fun and friends

This small group session (up to 5 participants) is led by a NASM trainer through 60 minutes of neuromuscular training, cardio, strength and flexibility.  It's amazing to see what they can do!

Between the sessions offered, our special friends meet in RISE coffee & tea next door to have a healthy smoothie or snack before or after their workout!  This is included in the cost of the session.

We recommend signing up as soon as possible.  You can even set your appointment to recurring.  Special Friends Fitness is offered Mondays at 4pm, Fridays at 4pm or 5pm.  Cost is $30/session.
