With years of experience teaching dance and strength training, DeLisa enjoys helping people build confidence through movement. Her energetic leadership, infectious enthusiasm, and ability to engage an entire room while encouraging each individual make every session both motivating and enjoyable. Drawing from her dance background, she incorporates rhythm, functional strength, and purposeful movement to help people discover what their bodies are capable of.
Her philosophy is simple: as long as music is playing, we’re all dancers.
