Mindi Sigmon has been practicing yoga and incorporating its philosophy into her life since 2010. Her quest to harmonize mind, body, and spirit led her to discover the joys of sharing the gift of yoga with others in 2014.
Mindi earned her 200 Hour RYT and 100 Hour Warrior certification through Yoga Fit International.
She has extensive anatomy training through internationally known experts Susi Hately and Leslie Kaminoff.
Mindi offers dynamic and inspiring alignment-based classes, as well as space to sit and "be". Students can expect to explore their strengths, practice with mindfulness, and improve their balance both on and off the mat.
Mindi loves helping others find their own yogic path in a welcoming environment. Students of all levels appreciate her warm and friendly teaching style.
