Jennifer has always been passionate about health and fitness! She has carried that love through many aspects of her life, both personally and professionally. She obtained both a Bachelor and Masters of Science degree before working as a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner whilst living in Ohio. However, as life goes, her husband was offered a job in Hong Kong and the family took the leap into the expat lifestyle abroad in 2012.
In Hong Kong, Jen had the opportunity to focus on fitness again. She moved from class participant to a NASM certified personal trainer and instructor of free style classes, TRX, indoor spin, and Les MIlls BodyPump and Grit Series Coach in 2014. It’s been non-stop ever since! Her family relocated to Georgia in July 2016 and Jen recently found SHINE, which embodies the overall healthy lifestyle and community-vibe she craves! Jen believes in the motto of “working hard, playing hard”. She lives the motto with her two children and husband by leading an active life, balancing nutrition, traveling the world, and helping others see the positives within themselves!
She is excited to begin offering classes and personal training at SHINE!
