Yoga combines the stretching of muscles, focus on alignment of the body, and controlled breathing; this helps reduce stress, strengthen the joints, and lower blood pressure.
Using blankets, blocks, straps and chairs allows you to finesse each pose to your body instead of forcing your body into a pose. Whether you are an experienced yogi or brand new to the practice, our Yoga instructor, Mindi Sigmon creates a nurturing environment to help you remain active and pain free.
We also offer private small group barre classes which mixes elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training.
The moves are choreographed to motivating music by Maribel Burke.
In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.
